Dress!

I really wanted to make something like this dress. I wasn't sure whether the gathers would come out well though, so I decided to go with a circle skirt. I thought the gathers might be too poofy at the waist and not enough flare at the hem, but maybe next time I'll try it. The circle skirt was quite flared out, but I kind of made it work somehow. I wore this dress to my friend's party. The picture is kind of dark; maybe I'll get another one soon.
