Floral skirt

This is the fastest thing I've made! I didn't need to cut any fabric at all since I used the whole yard. I just folded it in half to make it double layered. Then I sewed the sides together, attached elastic to the top and hemmed the bottom. The width was 1.5 times my waist length, but I stretched the elastic so that the front is gathered and the back is not because there wasn't enough fabric to have the whole thing gathered. I could have made it all gathered, but I didn't feel like pinning the skirt in the right places, so I just estimated.

Oh, and these shoes are new. I like them.
